General Competitions & Conditions Of Participation
Organizer of the competition is Terra Canis GmbH, Parkring 29, 85748 Garching (hereafter Terra Canis).
1. Online shop drawing
All orders and new registrations will be entered into the monthly prize draw in our online shop (www.terracanis.com) to win a surprise package with a selection of Terra Canis products (worth approx. €50). Registrations must include the email address, full name and full address details. Incomplete registrations will not be included in the monthly prize draw. The winner has the opportunity to opt for a donation instead of the surprise package. In this case, Terra Canis will add another €50 to the prize of €50 and make a donation of €100 to the Assistenzhunde Bayern e. V. association. The association helps people with physical disabilities to be more independent and have a better quality of life with an assistance dog.
Winners’ details will only be used to send the prizes and will not be stored or passed on to third parties.
2. Instagram & Facebook contests
The winner will be determined after the entry deadline by random generator and will be contacted promptly. Everyone can take part that is 18, lives in Germany, Austria and Switzerland or has permission from their parents. The contest has no connection to Instagram or Facebook. No cash flow. Prize entitlement cannot be transferred or given away. Legal action is out of the question. No liability for damage. The amount of the prize will be posted respectively on social media. Data of the winners will only be used for shipment, not saved or given to third parties.
Legal action is not permitted. German law applies exclusively, place of jurisdiction is Munich. Effective date: 19.07.2021
